Refund policy

All items must be returned to Calicoastal Boutique (8042 Soquel Dr. #C Aptos, CA 95003)  within 20 days from the date of purchase and will be eligible for exchange only. All items must be in brand new condition with all tags attached in the original manner. Any tag that has been removed and retagged by the customer will not be accepted.  It is up to the discretion of the owner to refuse to make a return for any reason such as an item being returned with a flaw, broken or missing parts or pieces and/or in unsellable condition.  Items returned after 20 days will not be eligible for a return or exchange.  No exceptions.

Sale items are final sale.

Any gift exchange must have a gift receipt with the accompanying items and must be returned in 20 days with all of the same conditions in effect as the above stated refund policy.
