During my time at the resort, I began to have the idea of opening another location focusing on women’s apparel along with a select line of giftware.  

As luck would have it, I found a space for lease not more than 3 minutes from my home of more than 20 years and when the deal was done, the renovations began. 

At the resort shop, my vibe was ocean/coastal inspired … blue and white… with an abundance of neutrals thrown in the mix…because I am, at heart, a ‘neutrals’ girl.

I knew that at my new location though, I wanted it to be bathed in pinks and neutrals while still maintaining that chic coastal vibe.  

Hence Calicoastal Boutique was born… using my favorite flower, the King Protea as inspiration, the shop is a low key tropical, feminine, boho soft space filled with elevated basics in women’s fashion, unique gifts and home decor. My hope for each person who comes through the door is that they feel welcomed and appreciated and they know I have done my best to bring them products that they won’t easily find elsewhere.
